Likewise, in the above cases, we are directly involved in processing and obtaining the authorizations, permits, licenses and concessions required for the operation of our clients, and we advise on notices to governmental entities, including notifications, resolutions and rulings.

We also provide services for the development of mechanisms to efficiently and effectively anticipate and manage potential conflicts among shareholders; in this regard, we have represented shareholder groups of Mexican companies in the implementation of corporate actions to defend their interests against other shareholders and the company itself in internal corporate control matters, generally in coordination with commercial and civil litigation areas.
