Miguel Gallegos is partner of Arias & Charua Abogados, S.C., specializing in Corporate Law, Transactional, Real Estate, Nearshoring Operations,Economic Competition, Privacy and Personal Data, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Gallegos obtained a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2009. He holds postgraduate studies in corporate law from Universidad Anahuac and is currently studying a course in Antitrust as taught by the International Chamber of Commerce by way of Universidad Panamericana.
Mr. Gallegos has provided legal counsel in the acquisition and sale of companies and assets with effects in multiple jurisdictions, representing clients from Mexico, the United States and Europe. He has also worked on various occasions to help foreign companies start and establish their operations in Mexico.
Similarly, Mr. Gallegos has carried deep dives and audits on Data Privacy and Antitrust issues, helping to detect risks and implementing innovative mitigation plans based on compliance with the regulations and customer needs.

Mr. Gallegos is a native Spanish speaker, and he is fluent in speaking and writing English.
