David Macias León is a founding partner in Arias, Charua, Macías & Prum, S.C., specialized in Civil, Family, Commercial and Real Estate Law, and has actively represented large companies in Mexico, the United States, Canada and Latin America.

He has helped several national and foreign companies negotiate commercial agreements, breach of contracts entered into by companies, trusts, fiduciary debts, negotiating debt securities, executive commercial proceedings, aimed at recovery, pertaining to promissory notes and breach of contract, trials held before local and federal authorities, relating to commercial and civil disputes. Additionally, he has participated in joint ventures between companies, corporate settlements, legal counsel and litigation for real estate matters, default by insurers and family law litigation.

David Macias has assisted our clients in providing legal strategies for testamentary dispositions, inheritances, divorce, parent, guardian and custody matters. The aforementioned, placing the clients interest first and foremost, by offering fair and just agreements between the parties, when the case calls for it; or rather, initiating judicial proceedings, to place the proposed strategies in motion.

David has also participated in several civil proceedings, relating to lease agreements, loans, donations, property purchase agreement, mortgage lawsuits, usufruct, real estate, and others.
